As the organiser of IGTM, Reed Exhibitions is delighted to have negotiated very special room rates for exhibitors. However as IGTM is taking place in Belek’s golf tourism high season, to take advantage of these rates, Millennium Golf will need to take full payment at the time of booking.
However, should you cancel the booking more than 30 days before check-in you will receive a full refund. Name changes will be accepted up to 7 days from check-in.
Please note that all the participating official IGTM hotels share the same cancellation policy: You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee if you cancel your booked room up to 30 days before your check-in date.
